Q37 Series hook-type shot blasting machine is primarily available in two configurations: single-hook and double-hook models. It is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of small to medium-sized castings, forgings, welded components, and heat-treated parts across various industries. It is particularly well-suited for cleaning and strengthening parts that are prone to damage from collisions.
This machine adopts the popular pit-free structural design, offering a compact layout, convenient installation, and stable operation.
The chamber of the machine features a fully enclosed structure, eliminating the risk of shot blast spillage. The interior is protected with wear-resistant alloy cast iron guard plates.
An electric hoist is utilized for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving the workpieces. A self-rotating device is employed to enable both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the workpieces within the chamber.

is capable of continuous and uninterrupted operation, performing descaling, cleaning, and pretreatment on various steel materials, such as steel plates, steel bars, steel beams, structural steel sections, steel pipes, and steel castings, through a continuous through-feed process. 

During the cleaning process, steel structural components or steel materials are conveyed into the blasting chamber of the machine via an adjustable-speed conveyor roller table. All surfaces of the workpiece are subjected to intensive and powerful impacts and friction from high-velocity steel shots fired from different coordinate positions, causing the oxide scale, rust layers, and contaminants to rapidly detach. As a result, the steel surface acquires a clean finish with a certain degree of roughness. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded at the inlet and outlet roller tables on both sides of the cleaning chamber. The steel shots and rust dust that fall onto the steel materials are blown off by a blowing device, and the separated clean shots are recycled for continuous use in the shot blasting process. 

The dust generated during the shot blasting operation is conveyed to a dust collection system through an exhaust duct, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere after treatment.

QWD Series Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine is primarily designed for surface shot blast cleaning of small components, including thin-walled castings, fragile iron or aluminum alloy castings, and ceramic parts. It is also suitable for shot peening of mechanical parts to enhance their strength.
